Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.
Job Details:
- Managing day-to-day operations of MD.
- Calendar Management Planning & scheduling meetings & appointments & emails.
- Handle telephone calls and giving appointments.
- Send e-mails/ Screen emails/ reply to emails.
- Co-ordinate, manage arrangements for meetings, conferences, events etc.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Five years experience in the same field.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Good communication skills in English.
