Looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Managing day-to-day operations of MD.
  • Calendar Management Planning & scheduling meetings & appointments & emails.
  •  Handle telephone calls and giving appointments.
  • Send e-mails/ Screen emails/ reply to emails.
  • Co-ordinate, manage arrangements for meetings, conferences, events etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • Five years experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills in English.
