Job Description :

Duties:

  • Conduct property handover inspection and prepare handover documents, defects records and reports
  • Enact preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the facilities and equipment are in healthy conditions
  • Supervise/Coordinate a full spectrum of repair and maintenance operation of building systems and facilities
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent in problem solving techniques
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Be familiar with PC application (MS Word, Excel)
  • Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
