Quantity Surveyor - (mechanical&piping)

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical&Piping) in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Preparation of payment application and agreeing with Client.
•  Performs material take offs prior to the purchase requisitions for the projects and reports any   irregularities or discrepancies to the project management.
•  Prepare and update material procurement schedule and material status and forwarding to head office.
•  Take off quantities from AFC drawings and for variations.
•  Requests for variations, compiling Pricing of VO based on Contract unit rates, VO submissions.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree.
•  Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Positive attitude with strong relationship building skills.
