Job Description :

Duties:

• Well engage with stakeholders to collect input and understand business needs in improving effectiveness and usage of HR system
• Collaborate with IT team to plan the delivery of projects
• Recognize opportunities to streamline existing HR systems
• Manage project and related milestones delivery
• Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree needed
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HRIS project management
• Experience in HR system implementation or process re-engineering
• Experiences in managing China projects will be a plus
• Good command over written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
