Legal Counsel - China Coverage

Job Description :

Duties:

• Draft, Analyze, negotiate, and advise business units on a range of commercial contracts, agreements, legal and other documents.
• Provide legal advice to Management and BUs on business transactions, investment transactions as well as internal restructuring / reorganization transactions and litigations.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• At least 5 years experience (Pre-Qualification)
• Experience from both reputable law firm and commercial sections in HK and/or greater China.
• Skills in listing rules compliance, M&A and general commercial work.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
