Duties:

  • Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
  • Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
  • Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
  • Requirements:
  • F.6 or above
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (fresh graduate also welcomed)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command over English and Chinese
