Job Description :
Duties:
- Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
- Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
- Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
- Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
- Requirements:
- F.6 or above
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (fresh graduate also welcomed)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command over English and Chinese
