Quality Assurance Manager (auditing)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Work closely with audit engagement teams and provide support in identifying engagement risk.
• Provide guidance, coaching and constructive feedback to audit team members.
• Develop and implement policies & procedures for compliance with the Firm-wise policies and other regulatory requisites.
• Liaise with other internal functions to ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures within the practice.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
• Membership of HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant public practice experience
• Must be fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge of risk management
