Job Description :

Duties:

  • Offer Office Administration support such as maintaining facilities and office equipment, office supplies and record management
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Maintain and update company databases;Update office policies as required
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling office administrative duties
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Fluency in English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
