Job Details:

• Ensure that the Incentives scheme is effectively operated and managed.
• To effectively manage resource planning and staff detailing.
• Appropriately support and manage staff wellbeing, staff development, staff performance and absence.
• Operate within the parameters and budget as set by the business.
• To ensure facilities and condition of Head Office is maintained and manage repairs where necessary.
• Relationship management of Head Office suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
