Travel Agency Staff

Job Description :

Duties:

• Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
• Advising the clients on appropriate destination, modes of transport, travel dates, costs and facilities offered.
• Book transportation; Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Provide relevant information, brochures, publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations etc.) to travelers
• Requirements:
• Appropriate Educational qualification and valid credentials
• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented.
