A leading Company Looking for an experienced Loan Specialist in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Processes the application forms of clients through a thorough assessment of their financial status, credit, and property   evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting of loans.
• Introduces and recommends the types of loans and credit options suited to the client’s needs.
• Prepares all the legal forms necessary for the release of loans.
• Reminds clients of their due dates, and prepares collection letters in consonance with the bank’s policies on collection.
•  Ensure loans are processed as per established company procedures and policies.
• Review title binder along with closure documents for correctness.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Graduate Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
