A leading Company Looking for an experienced Call Center Agent in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Enhance the customer journey in a professional and polite manner at all times.
- Ensure that all compliance procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure that all contacts (successful or otherwise) are recorded on our back office system.
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Following call center "scripts" when handling different topics
- Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and upselling.
Job Requirements:
- Management Skills.
- Graduate Holder.
- Minimum one year experience is required.
- Good communication Skills.
