Job Description :

Duties:

Provide First tier level deskside support to end users through email, phone or in person
Cross over various IT projects to further develop the IT skills for future career development
Make sure, the Hardware/ Software runs smoothly during daily operation
Requirements:
Diploma (minimum) in IT or Computer related disciplines
1-2 years of relevant experience in IT related field is preferred
IT Certificates holder will be preferred
Good command over both written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
