Duties:

  • Provide First tier level deskside support to end users through email, phone or in person
  • Cross over various IT projects to further develop the IT skills for future career development
  • Make sure, the Hardware/ Software runs smoothly during daily operation
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma (minimum) in IT or Computer related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT related field is preferred
  • IT Certificates holder will be preferred
  • Good command over both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
