System / Network Engineer

Job Description :

Duties:

• Assist in project support and ad hoc technical assignments as needed.
• Provide daily support on Servers, Network and all IT-related infrastructure
• Perform software/ hardware installation, configuration and support
• Offer onsite technical support for end users including internal departments and sometimes for vendor partners
• Requirements:
• Diploma (min) in IT / Computer related disciplines
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in IT support is preferred
• Hands-on experience with Window/Linux/Mac OS environment
• Knowledge in LAN/WAN, Server administration, network infrastructure including router/switch or firewall, Active Directory, security technology etc.
• Skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
