Details:

• Well handle the marketing and leasing matters of high class Retail premises
• Liaise with real estate agents, analyze market trends and prepare leasing reports.
• Reporting to the Leasing Manager

• Requirements:
• University Degree or equivalent in related discipline
• 1 - 2 years of experience in property leasing, preferably in retail premises.
• Skills in written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
• Computer knowledge-skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
