Senior Project Manager (architecture)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Analyze building or system prototypes submitted by architects in order to increase efficiency, decrease costs
• Analyze sketches, blueprints and models for environmental, acoustic and safety issues.
• Enhance comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints
• Requirements:
• Degree holder in Architecture or equivalent
• 15 years experience in project management within developers, with over 5 yearsin property developers/ client side environment
• Proven track record in project managing full project cycles
• Be a smart and presentable
• Be a creative minded and presentable.
• Excellent managerial skills.
