Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Administrator in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Scheduling of internal and external meetings for HR staff and others as requested.
  •  Process all department billings and all paperwork necessary for tuition reimbursement.
  •  Maintain employee files – includes filing paperwork and conducting audits of data.
  •  Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave.
  •  Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
  •  Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
  •  Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.

Job Requirements:

  •  High school diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Excellent organizational skills.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
