Looking for a Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Collaborates with business leaders to ensure alignment around solution needs while delivering operational excellence and value through the vendor   selection and contracting processes.
• Manages RFP and contract negotiations including price, timelines, and KPIs.
• Establishes benchmarks and comparisons of current and potential vendors spend to identify and pursue expense reduction or service enhancement   opportunities.
• Assists the finance team with the expense and capital expenditure forecasting.
• Manages the PO / contract renewal process for strategic suppliers providing business leaders with adequate time to plan.
• Analyzes procurement KPIs and satisfaction survey results to ensure processes are efficient, scalable and meet the needs of the business.
