It Technician Required

Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced IT Technician in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Answer help desk support calls and work with our clients to support desktop, server and network issues.
•  Remotely respond to alerts; resolve server/network issues remotely.
• Set up PCs, servers and other network equipment.
• Set up, manage and monitor data backup systems for clients.
• Enter information and track service tickets in company system.

Job Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Bachelor's Degree holder.
•  Knowledge of Infrastructure.
• Three years experience in the similar field.
