Job Details:

•  Ensures due process is consistently followed.
• Handling disciplinary actions, employee intervention, employee investigation/s.
• Reports generation.
• Investigates and resolves Employment/Labor Relations cases by working with employees, Management, and Operations.
• Conducts New Employee Orientation and explains Company Policies for compliance.
• Handles employee relations and engagement activities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree holder.
• Good communication Skills.
