Job Description :

Duties:

  • Plan, develop, deliver and evaluate leaders/recruiters training initiatives, including collaboration with teams
  • Enhance training plans with timelines
  • Recognize training participants and stakeholders, implement, evaluate and revamp training programs; provide refresher training whenever necessary
  • Requirements:
  • Graduate Degree in Finance, Marketing, Management or relevant discipline
  • At least 7 years relevant experience in financial institutions
  • Knowledge on investment & insurance products and financial markets
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Analytical and managerial skills needed.
