Job Description :
Duties:
- Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
- Handle hotline services and answer enquires for customers.
- Promote mobile services / products to selected customers by phone in order to meet preset sales target;
- Requirements:
- 1 year relevant work experience, preferably in customer service/ outbound/ mobile sales;
- Able to work even under pressure
- Be a smart and presentable.
- Good communication and customer service skills;
