Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Duties:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Predict/Calulate the cost of various materials required for the project
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals like site managers, siteengineers, project managers
• Acquire or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on project construction
• Requirements:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Min 7 years Quantity Surveying experience (Building / Civil / E&M is preferred)
• Must hold membership of HKIS/RICS is preferable
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
