Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Prepare and submit change orders.
• Project Accounting Functions, including preparing monthly requisitions for work performed.
• Manage close out procedures and documents.
• Manage client satisfaction, project budgets, quality of work, and completion dates.
• Regular communication with clients, architects, owners, subcontractors, suppliers including job site visits, face to face    meetings and written and oral communication.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold our ethical and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Engineering Degree holder.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Time management skills.
