Job Description :

Duties:

  • Work with local HRs in other regions to ensure the policies and operations are in compliance with local law
  • Offer a wide range of HR services including staffing, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations and succession planning
  • Provide strategic and operational advice formed around contemporary HR practice and operating models in a transforming industry
  • Requirements:
  • Degree holder in HR Management/Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Min 8 years of generalist experience gained from sizable company, regional exposure is mandatory
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
