Category Manager - Cakes

Job Description :

Duties:

• Review the sales trends and provide effective data and promotion plans based on company targets
• Work with supplier for cost negotiation, packaging, product planning, etc
• Perform market research based on demand and supply analysis
• Manage a full spectrum of cake and bakery products for the designated F&B brands
• Requirements:
• Degree in Merchandising/Supply chain or related discipline
• Min 6 years of experience in FMCG or F&B merchandising and category management
• Be Familiar with F&B product development
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
