Job Description :

Duties:

  • Promote banking products when customer's needs are being identified
  • Perform cross-team support in Customer Contact Centre to ensure the provision of premium phone banking services
  • Manage customer enquiries by phone and process customer requests in a professional manner
  • Requirements:
  • HKDSE/HKCEE or above or other equivalent professional qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of retail banking or Call Centre experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English, fluency in Putonghua is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
