Building Services Manager

Job Description :

Duties:

• Work with client and consultants at the site meeting in order to meet their target
• Examine the technical submissions relating to equipment, materials and samples
• Liaise with sub-contractors and monitor the site progress
• Manage a team of Building Services Engineers for project management
• Requirements:
• Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in Building Construction Industry
• Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Word and MS Excel)
