Duties:

  • Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
  • Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
  • Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree holder
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in Media Advertising / Marketing
  • Be fluent in English & Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
