Duties:

Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
Requirements:
Degree holder
At least 2 years relevant experience in Media Advertising / Marketing
Be fluent in English & Mandarin
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
