Job Description :

Duties:

  • Responsible to handle IT operations support and incidents
  • Provide Tier 1.5 level support on Server related matters before pass to Infrastructure team
  • Support IT Manager on different technical projects or technical documentation preparation
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 5 years or above support or infrastructure experience with Microsoft products, Window Server, Office 365
  • Experience in a sizable enterprise is a definite plus.
  • Fluency in spoken Chinese and English (Cantonese and Mandarin)
