Job Details:

•  Manage and oversee all aspects of food preparation and production.
•  Meet or exceed budgeted labor and cost of goods targets to ensure profitability.
•  Own all aspects of design, development, execution and documentation of recipes.
•  Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
•  Supervise Cooks and assist as needed.
•  Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong problem-solving skills.
•  Excellent time management abilities.
