Required Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Taking responsibility for sourcing and securing new clients, job costing and job management.
• Developing and maintaining a team of trade subcontractors to enable the satisfactory completion of projects.
• Securing contract values ranging between £50,000 and £500,000 with an annual target of £3 million.
• Negotiate with clients representatives and other consultants.
• Ensuring records are made and recorded to support any variations and claims.
• Report commercial project progress and forecast cost to complete.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma  Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
