Job Details:

•  Coordinate work flow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
•  Responsible for supporting compliance to departmental budgets.
•  Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
•  Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
•  Supports safety and accident prevention programs.
•  Assist with the training and development of culinary staff, both demi chef and team members.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Developing staff and passing on knowledge and skills.
