Pharmacist Required

Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced Pharmacist in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Interprets, fills, and labels inpatient medication orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identifies, acts on appropriately, and documents actions taken regarding drug incompatibilities and interactions, allergies,    therapeutic duplications, and doses prescribed outside of appropriate ranges.
• Ensures that identified problems and issues of concern are resolved or referred to appropriate parties to address.
• Takes appropriate action to encourage compliance with the hospital formulary, including managing non-formulary drug   use, and enacts approved therapeutic interchanges.
•  Identifies duplications, incompatibilities, interactions, and potential inappropriate uses of drugs when filling and    inputting prescriptions and medication orders.
•  Demonstrates the ability to utilize hospital reference materials, and consistently provides accurate drug information to    prescribers and health care providerswhen needed.

Job Requirements:

• B Pharm holder.
• Minimum two years experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Computer Literate.
