Job Details:

•  Encourage compliance of tenants to property management-related rules and regulations of the company.
• Maintain and improve the aesthetic of company’s condominium properties.
• Responsible for supervising, assisting, and improving property operations.
• Quality checks the property administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas to ensure compliance with established   policies and procedures.
• Inspects the properties to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
• Evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Civil Engineering Graduate.
• Good communication Skills.
