Required Leasing Manager

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Leasing Manager in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  To market properties including negotiation with prospective Lessees.
• Prepare lease contracts and other related documents.
• Record all data, leasing activities and prepare reports/updates.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Achieve specialty leasing income goals established by Management.
• Assist with developing the Specialty Leasing budget and business plan and establish objectives as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
