Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Office Secretary in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Checking incoming mails, letters etc and distribution to the respective section/department through dispatch book.
  •  Maintain inward and outward mail/document register & dispatches.
  •  Manage/handle all office related matters & administration of office.
  • Responsible for maintaining office records, filing of documents and maintaining files properly.
  • Make day - to - day correspondence(internal &external)
  • Preparation of minutes of meetings Regular follow - up with   various departments on matters/issues.
  •  Assist the officers in managing all matters related to Office Administration.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skillls.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
