Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Exhausts all efforts in contacting by phone all assigned medical offices/facilities requesting that specific medical records.
  • Obtain necessary patient information such as medical histories and insurance information and ensure that it is properly   processed and recorded.
  • Assist patients in understanding how their insurance coverage works and calculate and present co-pays.
  • Execute medical equipment and supplies orders from vendors and suppliers and ensure that they are expedited.
  • Evaluates customer service assignments and determines actions required. Customer service tasks involve analysis and   new/customized approaches.
  • Solves complex administrative and technical problems requiring breadth/depth of customer service knowledge.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
