•  Drive sales plans, gals and results for the team while coordinating specific deliverables for the Field Sales organization.
• Develp sales plans to address competitive offerings and to increase our new account base.
• Benchmark and understand market trends and their effect n the selling process.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing guidance and training to promote improvement.
• Provide feedback on the performance of the team to senior management.
• Ensure new staff members are fully supported throughout their development.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
