Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Able to order, and managed the food inventory for the garde manger kitchen production.
•  Verifies the correct preparation and that all orders are accurate and prepared timely.
•  Orders products as needed to fulfill orders and maintain par level inventory. 
•  Provides feedback to team members and issues discipline in collaboration with the Assistant Chef.
•  Assists the Executive Chef with the writing, development, and execution of all menus.
•  Maintains an atmosphere of caring with positive emphasis on a calm environment throughout the department.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Resourceful problem-solving skills.
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
