A leading Company Looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in Kochi,Kerala.

Job Details:

  •  Interview coordination including diary management, room bookings, internal coordination.
  • Administration of online assessments (SHL).
  • Executive Search firm and/or in-house background (generally not contingent agency background).
  • Working with the department managers to gather and manage requirements and expectations.
  • Writing and placing advertisements online.
  • Identifying and approaching candidates through direct searches.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
  • Good communication Skills.
