Duties:

  • Recognize customers' needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services
  • Fresh customers through sales and marketing activities
  • Coordinate in-branch and off-site promotions
  • Requirements:
  • University Graduates are preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of banking experience in providing financial services to retail customers
  • Both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be a plus.
  • Knowledge in retail banking products & services and able to ensure excellent services are delivered
