Job Description :

Duties:

  • Well handle full set of shipping documents and customs declaration, including China I/E declaration
  • Assist sorting, packing & organizing outgoing shipment; Arrange raw materials delivery to China factories
  • Coordinate with sales, local & international couriers, forwarders and truckers to ensure raw materials & customers’ goods timely deliveries
  • Requirements:
  • 2 to 3 years of I/E shipping experience
  • Skills in MS Office applications, internet, tradelink and Chinese word processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command over English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Be a smart and presentable person.
