Looking for a Personnel Assistant in Bahrain.

Job Details

:
  •  Receive, inventory, and distribute incoming mail/packages.
  • Collect, sort, stamp, and label outgoing mail/packages.
  • Receive document requests from department offices.
  • Manage, distribute, and issue new supplies to new hires/contractors.
  • Report supply usage and reordering need to the Logistics Officer.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  •  Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
  • High school diploma holder.
