Job Description :
Duties:
- Communicate well with customer for assigned projects and other enquiries
- Process execution and documentation within given guidelines
- Reporting to CSAM team colleagues and / or KAM of relevant issues, like customer feedback, problems in executing of services
- Requirements:
- Previous relevant experience in customer service position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service attitude-skills.
- Knowledge and skills in MS Excel, Word
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
