Job Description :

Duties:

  • Communicate well with customer for assigned projects and other enquiries
  • Process execution and documentation within given guidelines
  • Reporting to CSAM team colleagues and / or KAM of relevant issues, like customer feedback, problems in executing of services
  • Requirements:
  • Previous relevant experience in customer service position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service attitude-skills.
  • Knowledge and skills in MS Excel, Word
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
