Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Maintaining cost issues, payment processes, vendor approvals, and order changes, including problem resolutions in a    timely matter.
• Creating baseline schedules using scheduling monitoring tools, encouraging the project team and vendors to get ahead of    the schedule.
•  Dedication to meeting the needs and expectations of clients and potential clients.
• Developing relationships with vendors by defining performance expectations and completing all buyout activities
• Being a project team leader by identifying and implementing actions, leveraging skills, and having project success    through accountability recognition among your team.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge in Project Management skills.
• Diploma holder.
• Three years working experience in construction.
• Computer Literate.
