Job Description :
A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Support in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Answer queries via telephone and email.
- Provide pricing to customers.
- Arrange product deliveries, including handling any export matters.
- Ensure that any technical customer issues are documented and actioned.
- Answering incoming calls and directing as necessary.
- Invoicing orders daily.
- Liaising with other staff/departments.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience is required.
- Management Skills.
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
- Good communication Skills.
