Job Details:

  • Answer queries via telephone and email.
  • Provide pricing to customers.
  • Arrange product deliveries, including handling any export matters.
  • Ensure that any technical customer issues are documented and actioned.
  • Answering incoming calls and directing as necessary.
  • Invoicing orders daily.
  • Liaising with other staff/departments.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Management Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
