• (Required to work for a European Luxury Home Appliance Brand)
• Resolve complaints in a professional manner, if needed
• Follow up with the customers' feedbacks for service improvements
• Set up a solid relationship with customers to retain their loyalty
• Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree holder
• Call centre experience will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent customer service attitude-skills.
