Job Description :

Duties:

  • Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offer general administrative and clerical support (filing, photocopying etc.)
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails, courier services, and newspaper subscriptions
  • Manage conference rooms reservation, assist in video call conference connection when required.
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or above in a related subject (Degree is preferred).
  • Knowledge in MS Office, Excel, Email & Chinese word processing
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent analytical and administrative skills.
