Job Description :
Duties:
- Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
- Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
- Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
- Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
- Requirements:
- Form 7 / Diploma holder
- Min 1 year experience in customer service
- Be a self-motivated and presentable person.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
