Duties:

  • Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
  • Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
  • Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
  • Requirements:
  • Form 7 / Diploma holder
  • Min 1 year experience in customer service
  • Be a self-motivated and presentable person.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
